Trained in Terrorism and National Security Management, he has a unique 25 year background in security, leadership

Vice President

Lorenzo Bourroughs
St. Petersburg Branch Manager
Over 20 Years of private security experience and loss prevention with 15 years management and supervisory positions. Delegated authority and autonomy necessary to fulfill all managerial, administrative, operational and contract responsibilities required for the management of Excelsior security projects in the fulfillment of scope-of-work mandates, and in meeting Excelsior policy and procedures requirements.
Jeff Dunn
Gainesville Branch Manager
10 years as a Sheriff with Fulton County, NY. 20 years as a police officer with NY State, AA degree in Criminal Justice. Jeff assisted in the setup of a new correctional facility from design to instituting policy and procedures. During his law enforcement career, Jeff was a shift Supervisor and an instructor/mentor of several academies, served on the board of New York State Police/Correctional Instructors, certified instructor in deployment of Chemical Agents, Police Ethics, Legal Search & Seizure, Legal Issues for Officers, Supervisor Training, etc.
