Quality Assurance Oversight Division: Ensuring Excellence

Our Quality Assurance Oversight Division constantly monitors the services
provided by our various divisions to ensure that it matches the highest
standards of security as established by our Board of Directors. Should a
performance issue arise, the Quality Assurance team is empowered to take
control of the situation and work with the client until the issue is resolved
to the client’s complete satisfaction.
Clients have direct access to the Quality Assurance Oversight Division at
all times, either by completing a Quality Assurance Worksheet, contacting
or e-mailing the corporate offices or the Oversight Division directly. So
if a problem should occur, the process of resolving it is fast and easy.
